Vanessa Haverd showed she had made a quick recovery from her impressive win 2 days earlier in the 44 km Deep Space Mountain Marathon when she took out the November Mt Ainslie Run Up in 13.30.
Simon Claringbold had his fastest run for some time in finishing runner-up in 12.59 to former Australian champion David Osmond.
