Weather: Drizzling rain, cold.
Former Australian mountain running representative Stuart Doyle has strung together a few weeks of injury free running recently and relished the drizzling rain to power up Mt Ainsile in a solid 11.45. Masters cycling, duathlon and triathlon champion Simon Claringbold accidently locked himself in the basement of his work building and arrived to the start late on his bike. Nevertheless he clocked second fastest time with 13.12, 7 seconds better than impressive newcomer Benjamin Barr.
Louise Sharp showed she was regaining form with a good 15.19 to be fastest female. Candice Kushway had an impressive debut run to clock 16.51.
