Brad Hetharia, 4th on the all-time list with 12.05, was not far off his personal best in running a solo 12.16 after leading from start to finish. Among the women 2012 Australian representative Louise Sharp is steadily regaining fitness and was closely followed in by orienteer Clare Lonergan.
