New event centre, start/finish route, parking and toilets arrangements are in place this year and can be seen in the following Google Earth image. These offer much greater wind protection, and better registration and toilet facilies at the Campbell High School gymnasium. Parking is only 100 metres away in the large carpark of the CSIRO headquarters and can be accessed from Limestone Avenue by following Quick Street and Hayley Streets in Ainslie. The new start/finish route to Canberra Nature Park avoids 2 road crossings, increasing safety for competitors.
