After minus 8 overnight, there was superb sunny weather at 12.45pm with no wind. World stair racing champion Mark Bourne ran a quick 10.53 as he prepares to defend his Sydney Tower title in 2 and a half weeks. First timer Belinda Wilson was fastest female in 17.33.
